An elevator, accommodating up to seven people, provides access between the garage and all levels of the property.

Damage liability: €10,000

The house chef has extensive culinary experience. When not busy preparing lunches or dinners, he actively assists the housekeeper with tidying and cleaning the residence.

Use of the kitchen for meal preparation is reserved exclusively for the villa's chef.

The chef's and housekeeper's Sunday day off can be moved to another day upon guests' request.

The housekeeper serves at the table for lunches and dinners.

No third-party suppliers are allowed: all services are provided exclusively by villa management and in-house staff.

No smoking villa.

Pets not allowed.

Check-in: from 4:00pm — Check-out: by 10:00am.

The villa is staffed by a resident chef and housekeeper, who live in a separate apartment in the villa's garden to ensure the best service — guests' privacy is guaranteed.

The Italian government may require payment of a Visitor's Tax (approximately €1.50–€6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location), which may apply for the first seven days of the stay. This tax is payable locally.

All extra services must be paid locally, in cash or by credit card plus applicable sales taxes, prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged.
