GUEST HOUSE I
The ground floor of the loft-style house features a welcoming living area, a spacious dining table that comfortably seats 10, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Designed for effortless entertaining, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco meals.
An air-conditioned sunroom lounge with an independent entrance is perfectly positioned on the sunset side of the valley. This inviting space connects directly to a 15-square-meter outdoor yoga deck and is equipped with yoga mats and basic outdoor gym equipment for guests’ convenience.
OUTSIDE FEATURES:
The property is set in a peaceful position overlooking the tranquil rolling hills surrounding the city of Florence. When a day or an evening spent relaxing on the patio is most needed, Villa Ione offers several areas for unwinding in style. The well-maintained lawn includes a gazebo that shelters a casual lounging area overlooking the stunning infinity-edge pool, and two dining areas for dining al fresco - one can accommodate 6 and one for 10 guests. The estate is protected by hundreds of olive trees and vineyards that ensure total privacy for the guests.

Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole.
