LIVING SPACES
Ground floor
The elegant social interiors feature rich molding, stucco ceilings, wrought iron handrails, red marble wainscotting, and local stone staircase. Every detail of the villa speaks high quality. The double-size sitting room is bright and inviting thanks to several double French doors, and it is perfectly balanced with antiques and modern upholstered furniture, maintaining a fresh and crisp look. A separate formal dining room that sits comfortably 10 people is also available, in case you need or want to share some meals indoor instead of in the garden, in a dedicated al fresco area. A fully equipped modern kitchen, with all you need to prepare good food to enjoy and share with your favorite people, a guest bathroom, and laundry facilities complete this floor.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
This Classic-style villa is surrounded by a manicured private garden and a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake and the majestic mountains. The garden with mature vegetation, a statue and even a small flowing water fountain, is the ideal place to unwind, sip your morning coffee, enjoy a dinner al fresco, or a night-cap. Few steps from the garden, a private pool and the furnished sundeck guarantee a perfect tan.

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
From the private garage, an elevator takes you to the ground level. By using your smartphone, you can control the audio system inside the villa, in the garden and in the pool area. Villa Evania is just a quick 5 min drive to a serviced village with a handful of restaurants and local stores. Villa D’Este is a 25-minute walk.

Cook service - No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff

Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
Pool open from April to October. To reach a comfortable temperature, the water might require 24-36 hours pre-heating, to be paid at additional cost. The max water temperature reachable is 81°F.
