From the interior, approximately 650sft, there is always the immediacy of sun and views, thanks to its wide windows, and the sandy color palette keeps the mood calmed and relaxed.
Ground floor:
Expansive living room with fireplace and satellite flat screen TV, wide glass doors opening onto the furnished terrace, separate dining room adjacent to fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace – perfect for serving meals al fresco.
There is access to the swimming pool from both floors. The entire property features air conditioning throughout.
OUTSIDE FEATURES
Outside, entertaining is easy on the 1300 sq. ft. terrace and by the ocean front pool. This special residence is sited on 1.5 acres of park and it is surrounded by a perfectly manicured lush garden. The glass fence around the pool allows stunning views of the ocean while enjoying the cool water. Next to the pool, a wet bar and icemaker are at disposal of the guests to enjoy drinks and snack at sundown.
