Nestled on the iconic rolling hills of Tuscany, between Greve and Panzano, Davinia is a quaint hamlet ideal for large gatherings. The prestigious Chianti is a region to enjoy from sunrise to sunset, offering a variety of activities, from tasting the most renown local wines to visiting the captivating hilltop medieval villages set among picture-perfect landscapes, and many other one-day experiences. Sightseeing could easily become your favorite pastime here, so push yourself and venture outside the villa gates!
Among the three separate constructions, the main villa can accommodate 23 guests. Larger parties, up a maximum of 32 people, may rent at a supplement other rooms located in the adjacent two buildings.

Enjoy the panoramic views of the valleys and vineyards from the central furnished patio. The large swimming pool is set in a terraced ground below, reachable via comfortable stairs. There is an outdoor bar and also a barbecue area for entertaining al fresco.

Rather than drive your rental car to Florence, you may want to book a private driver with our dedicated concierge, or if you prefer, you may catch a public bus and ride for an hour into the city - the bus stop only 200 meters away. It is far more convenient than driving through the outskirts and the Limited Traffic Zones of Florence with the risk of getting an expensive ticket. You also get to enjoy the views of the Tuscan countryside from your private car with driver, or bus. Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
