A guest bathroom is also available on this floor.

This estate is completely fenced, and it is located in a very private setting. A large front terrace allows to breath in the panoramic views while enjoying a meal or just sipping your favorite Tuscan wine. Two electronic gates give access to the villa for complete privacy.
