The villa has recently been renovated to the highest of luxury standards, with all of the most modern amenities. Much attention has been dedicated to maintaining the structure’s original character and architectural features.
Ground Floor: The best in Italian craftsmanship is seen in contemporary pieces, high end finishes, and handmade tiles. Splashes of color and the mixing of textures used in the upholstery and textiles throughout the villa add a modern twist.
The formal living room features a big, open stone fireplace and several large comfortable sofas. A large dining room with floor to ceiling windows has a generous dining table. The professional kitchen is completely modern and fully equipped. Adjoining laundry room with washer and dryer.
Archways into an airy entrance hall lead to a game room with billiard table and separate gym.
First floor:
A second, smaller living room with large flat screen TV has several sofas and armchairs.

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
