We take reservations for up to 24 months in advance, but we also assist guests looking for a last minute retreat. Large properties tend to sell out earlier than smaller homes.

We are happy to offer all our expertise to identify properties that are comfortable for guests with mobility issues. Please note that – beyond the specific villa – certain destinations (i.e. the area of Positano, Amalfi, Ravello) are very challenging to navigate for travelers that have trouble walking long distances, uphill, or climbing steps.

Every single villa comes with an English-speaking keyholder. Prior to the trip, we will provide a Travel Document with specific directions and the keyholder contact.

Depending on which villa you select, you may or may not need a rental car. Some destinations are car-friendly, and a rental vehicle could allow you more freedom and flexibility to explore on your own terms. Other destinations are quite challenging to explore by car, and you should seriously consider private trasfers with a driver instead. We can help with either!

All of our villas can provide cook service, either included in the cost of the rental or at an additional charge. Please note that no third-party providers are allowed to handle cook service at our properties – all cook services must be arranged by the owners with their own personnel. Our team will assist you with rates and menus.

Every reservation is assigned to a personal Destination Experience Curator in our team. All our curators are Italian, and they have access to a selected network of local providers for any kind of service, activity, or experience you can think of. We will guide you through the creation of your dream itinerary, one step at a time.

Of course! We love the Travel Advisor community and we will gladly work with your personal advisor on your reservation.

For as incredible as they look, yes – they are real villas and they can be rented for your vacation. We hold contracts with the property owners, we inspect the properties regularly, and we hold them to the highest quality standards.
