The sunny interiors include a generous panoramic dining room where expansive windows invite the outdoors in; a bar area for preparing your favorite drinks; a vibrantly colored common TV room to watch the news; and, finally, the commercial-grade kitchen, ideal for all the wannabe chefs in your party.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The “forte” of the villa is of course its outdoor space with manicured terraced gardens and equipped furnished areas. Whether you wish to enjoy a pizza baked in the wood burning oven, cook using the BBQ with your children and friends, enjoy a meal under the stars, or spend good time in the swimming pool, the exteriors of Villa Marinta are there to make you feel miles away from today’s hurried life.

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Only less than a half-mile walk down to the closest beach establishment, Villa Marinta is perfect for those who want to experience the beach life on the Coast. The villa is provided with an elevator for those with moderate mobility issues, although there are quite a lot of steps to reach the several social outdoor spaces spread around the estate, such as the swimming pool, the dining area near the wood burning oven, and the beach. Do not miss the opportunity to admire the coast from the sea by letting our concierge book one or two boat tours during your stay.
