LIVING SPACES
Ground Floor:
All of the interiors give the feeling of old world charm, starting with the grandeur of the entrance hall with original fireplace and the formal dining room large enough for 14 people, to the grand piano room on the first floor, which all speak to classic Italian elegance. On this floor are also two comfortable and tasteful living room and the fully equipped kitchen. Guest bathroom.
First Floor:
Great hall, ideal for a concert around the grand piano, and adjacent comfortable sitting room with decorative fireplace and satellite TV.
Second Floor:
Additional sitting room with sofa and chairs, a perfect quiet retreat to relax and read the newspaper or your favorite book.
Lower Floor:
Small gym with sauna, laundry room.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The side of the house features a large terrace furnished with chairs and tables, perfect for hours of shady relaxing and lounging. There is also a separate furnished covered patio, the perfect spot for an evening glass of Chianti after dinner. The vast lawns are ideal for sitting as the late afternoon turns to dusk and the sun vanishes behind the hills. The pool is separated from the house by a short distance, furnished with sun beds to enjoy sunbathing while the children play. The pool has a ladder on one side.

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
